Set during the 1940s, 'My dog Skip' is the inspiring story of a desolate kid Willie who's been gifted a canine named "Skip" by his mom Ellen (Ms. Lane). As the story progresses, Willie and Skip bond together and are set facing a lot of menaces who attempt to kill Skip. As Willie continues on toward learn at the Oxford, Skip stays to remain with Willie's folks and keeps on living in Willie's room until the previous' demise towards the finish of the film.
